Nobis Works’ business solutions help participants learn and refine the job skills they need to gain independence, all while working on real-world projects from companies that partner with us.
Our participants complete training that allows them to become familiar with working in an office, warehouse or retail environment. Through training and real-life work experience, individuals develop the social skills, technical skills and confidence required to help them solve problems and successfully complete your business orders and projects.
The Nobis Works facilities include a 39,000-square-foot warehouse where clients and staff complete jobs such as assembling, packing or shipping products. If you’d rather a project be completed in-house, we can provide a team of individuals, along with a project supervisor to assist at your location.

Businesses can make a meaningful difference in the community by partnering with Nobis Works to become a job training site for people with disabilities. Nobis Works will provide a supervisor to train a group of five or more individuals to perform and complete tasks to meet the need of each business. Once trained, these individuals are available for both direct hire and other opportunities within the general workforce community.
