Position Summary:

 Under the direction of the Plant Manager, Warehouse Supervisor, or Crew Leader, will perform duties for recycling electronics. The Warehouse Worker I may also perform other production jobs as assigned which may include basic assembly, packaging, sorting, and fulfillment operations, etc.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:       Recycletronics Division

1. Understands verbal and/or written instructions to perform task assigned.
2. Ability to load and unload trucks by hand.
3. Capable of  moving materials and/or products to/from work area as directed (may require use of pallet jack)  
4. Possess skills to disassemble or dismantle electronic items (large and small)
5. Ability to use hand tools (pneumatic and/or electronic)
6. Requires use of  safety protective gear (glasses, hard hats, gloves, steel toed shoes)
7. Commands long standing, continuous lifting, and excellent physical strength
8. Meet and/or exceed established standards for quality and productivity at all times.
9. Ability to identify and separate components into various containers
10. Maintain product counts
11. Ability to works independently or as a part of a warehouse crew.
12. Use various shrink wrap and sealing machines in/at various packaging stages in order to complete job requirements as needed.
13. Ability to lift up 50 lbs without assistance
14. Performs other related duties as assigned.
15. Must be able to maintain a good attendance record.
16. Must be able to work with diverse groups in a warehouse environment.
17. Other duties as assigned.

Skills:

1. Ability to follow instructions: verbal or written
2. Ability to meet production standards and prescribed deadlines
3. Ability to lift up to a minimum of 50 pounds without assistance.
4. Must be able to read, write and speak English and possess good math aptitude.
5. Must be able to stand or sit for extended periods.
6. Requires excellent physical strength
7. Good communication and customer service skills

Work Environment:

• Ability to work in noisy and non-air conditioned warehouse

Minimum:

• One year experience in a production environment helpful.
• Clean Drug Test, MVR & Background Check required   

Supervision:  Will report to Crew Leader and/or Plant Manager
