You may provide for the Tommy Nobis Foundation through your will or revocable trust. Making a bequest allows you to make a gift without diminishing your current assets. It also enables you to make a major gift that might not otherwise be possible.
Through a bequest, you may leave a specific dollar amount or reserve all or a certain percentage of your estate after making provisions for family members and other beneficiaries. You may stipulate whether the bequest is for general support of Nobis Works or for a specific purpose. A bequest may also be made in honor or memory of an individual.
In addition to cash and securities, bequests to the Tommy Nobis Foundation may include real estate or other tangible assets. All outright bequests to the Tommy Nobis Foundation are exempt from federal estate taxes, and there is no limitation on the size of the gift.
The Tommy Nobis Foundation is pleased to work with you and your legal advisors to meet your estate planning needs.
Ensure that Nobis Works gets the support it needs even after you are no longer able to actively donate. Wills and trusts are great ways to show you care about the people with disabilities in your community. Donate now to help us improve lives.
